Terms

The terms for using this website.

Separate from the contract for any actual work — that one is signed, negotiated, and takes precedence over everything here.

Who these terms are between

They are between you, as a visitor to teknith.com, and Teknith Solutions PVT. LTD., a private limited company trading as Teknith Solutions. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, the remedy is simply to stop using it — nothing here asks you to give anything up in order to read a page.

You can reach us at hello@teknith.com or on +91 76240 00415.

What this site is

A description of services we offer and work we have done. It is written to be accurate, but it is marketing material rather than a contractual specification. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, a guaranteed timeline, or professional advice for your specific situation. Scopes, prices and dates come from a written proposal, not from a web page.

Getting in touch is not an engagement

Sending the contact form or emailing us starts a conversation and nothing more. No work is commissioned, no fee is owed, and no confidentiality obligation arises on either side until there is a signed agreement — so please do not send anything genuinely sensitive in a first message. If confidentiality matters, ask for an NDA first and we will put one in place before there is anything to protect.

Where a signed agreement disagrees with this page

The signed agreement wins, every time, on every point. These terms govern your use of the website. They do not modify, limit or add to a contract for work, and they are not a summary of one.

The content on this site

The text, design, code and imagery here are ours unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read it, link to it, quote it with attribution, and share it. You may not republish it wholesale as your own, or use it to train a model that reproduces it.

Client names, product names and trade marks mentioned in the case studies belong to their owners and are used to describe work we did, with permission. One study describes a project without naming the client because we do not have that permission. If you own something referenced here and want it changed or removed, email hello@teknith.com and we will deal with it rather than argue about it.

Work we do for you

Nothing on this page claims any ownership of it. Our standard position, set out on the FAQ, is that you own the code and the intellectual property from the first commit, in your repository and your accounts. The signed agreement is what makes that binding.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not promise it is free of errors, nor that it will always be reachable. It may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and pages change without notice. Do not rely on it as your only source for a decision that matters.

Third parties

The contact form is handled by this site itself; the message is delivered to our mailbox by Resend, our email provider, acting on our instructions — see the privacy page for what that means for your data. We link out to other sites occasionally; we do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.

What we do not promise

This website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted, free of anything harmful, or fit for any particular purpose you have in mind, and we do not warrant that anything described on it will produce a particular result for you. To the extent the law allows, warranties that would otherwise be implied are excluded. Nothing in this paragraph touches a signed agreement for work, which carries its own warranties.

Limitation of liability

Some liability cannot be limited by law, and we do not try to: we do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Everything below is subject to that.

Otherwise, and in connection with your use of this website, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or loss or corruption of data — whether or not we were told such loss was possible. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with this website, in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, is limited to five thousand Indian rupees (₹5,000).

That figure is small on purpose, and it is honest: this is a set of marketing pages that you can read for free and that asks nothing of you. It says nothing about liability for work we are paid to do. Where we are engaged under a signed agreement, that agreement’s liability terms apply to the work and replace this paragraph entirely — they are negotiated against what the project is worth, not against a website.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, and both of us submit to them.

If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the protection of your local courts, nothing here takes that away. And if you have a complaint, email us before you involve anyone else — we would rather fix it than be right about it.

If part of this is unenforceable

The rest still stands. A court finding one clause invalid or unenforceable does not take the others with it, and the clause is read down to whatever it can lawfully mean rather than struck out entirely. Not enforcing something here on one occasion is not a waiver of it on another.

Changes

We update this page when the site or the way we work changes, and the version here is the one that applies — the date at the top says when it was last gone through. There is no separate announcement, so it is worth a look if you are relying on something specific in it.
